Knight and Family of the Month Nomination Form

Each month, the Fr. Marcel Salinas Council tries to recognize a worthy Brother and Family for outstanding service to St. Timothy Catholic Church and the community. Knight of the Month nominees are limited to worthy brothers in good standing with our council. Families of the Month must be in good standing of the Catholic Church, but do not need to be members of the Knights of Columbus.

The Council will choose one or two deserving nominees and will keep other nominations of file for future awards. Thank you for taking the time to nominate someone deserving recognition.
